Ince: Blackpool forward Thomas Ince has been handed an immediate two-match ban by the FA. Ince accepted a charge given to him by the governing body for insulting a match official during the Tangerines’ League Cup defeat to rivals Preston. Ince, however, could feature for the England Under-21s against Scotland at Bramall Lane next Tuesday after he was named in the squad this week.

Ben Yedder netted 15 times last term and no French player scored more in the league.
