For the second consecutive year, the Bishop’s Conservatory Secondary School guidance department organised a ‘Career Stories’ event. Around 70 professionals from various sectors shared information about their career, the skills required to carry out their work, a typical day on the job and their personal career story with students.
This year, the focus was on artistic careers and other less traditional professions. Form 1, 2, 3 and 4 students had the opportunity to meet various professionals where they, enthusiastically, engaged in conversation with them and who, in turn, shared their experiences with them.
Among the participants were the newly appointed Gozo Minister Justyne Caruana and MP Marthese Portelli, who shared their political career stories with the students.
Gozo Bishop Mario Grech and Italian Ambassador Giovanni Umberto De Vito were also present.
