The President’s Foundation for the Well-being of Society will be conducting a survey to examine problematic internet use among 18- to 30-year-olds.

The study will be conducted by the National Statistics Office through an anonymous and confidential computer assisted telephone interview.

The internet has become one of the major necessities of life and while, for most, this represents opportunities that enhance well-being, for others it can lead to problematic use, the foundation said.

The public may could a telephone call from the NSO this month asking them to participate in this 20-minute survey.
