A thanksgiving Mass on the occasion of the Episcopal ordination of Bishop Emanuel Barbara, OFM Cap, was said on Friday evening at St John’s Co-Cathedral, Valletta. Mgr Barbara was consecrated Bishop of Malindi in Kenya on October 1.
