Serves four
Ingredients
400g tuna fillet (100g per portion)
400g strawberries
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
10g white onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Method
Cut the tuna and strawberries into one-centimetre cubes.
Place them in a bowl and pour the toasted sesame oil over them. Season with a pinch of pepper.
Add the onion and mix well.
Plate the cubes equally and serve at room temperature.
