Mark Firman recently joined the management team of Mazars Malta as senior audit manager. Mr Firman has been involved in the auditing sector for over 29 years.

Prior to joining Mazars Malta, he worked for a Big Four firm, where he gained experience in the manufacturing, hospitality and financial services industries as well as conducting various multinational audit assignments in both Europe and North Africa.

Managing partner Anthony Attard said “Mark’s appointment in enhancing the audit function is another important milestone in the expansion of our organisation.”

Sarah Casolani also joined Mazars Malta as an indirect taxation services manager.

Assurance and taxation partner Paul Giglio said “We are very happy to have Sarah in our team. Apart from augmenting our specialisations, she brings in more expertise to the firm.”

Sarah previously worked with a leading tax firm for four years, where she was responsible for the provision of corporate management services to a portfolio of clients.

This role included tax advice, VAT advice and support services.
