Greenhouse Malta, an independent organisation made up of University students with common values on different issues, is organising a Project Volunteer Auction that starts from today and ends on June 30.

Instead of bidding money, people will be asked to bid volunteer hours –the hours they are willing to dedicate to volunteering with the organisations of their choice – in exchange for an artwork from a selection of pieces donated by a group of seven artists that include Gabriel Caruana.

The auction will be held on the stand of the Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector at the Trade Fair but people will be given the opportunity to view and bid on the artwork online on www.greenhousemalta.com. Alternatively they can make their offer at the stand.
