• Claims for damaged property can only be made if the loss exceeds €465.87.

• The manufacturer is primarily responsible for dangerous products.

• The time-limit to claim compensation is three years from when the consumer becomes aware of the defect, damage, and identity of the producer.

• Legal action for dangerous products cannot be taken after 10 years the affected product was first put in circulation.

• Product liability cannot be limited or excluded.
