• If the agreed delivery date is not honoured by the trader, consumers may terminate the contract of sale.
• When no delivery date is agreed, traders must effect delivery within a maximum period of 30 days.
• Any transport costs should be clearly written down in the contract of sale.
• The seller is liable for any damages that may occur to the goods before these arrive at the consumer’s house.
• Distance-ordered goods can be legally returned to the supplier even if they are not damaged.
