I live in Sliema and am very sorry about the state of cleanliness in our streets.

The local council is not seriously bothering about all the rubbish in the streets and this is leading to a big mess, to say the very least. I sincerely hope this message is clearly heard by those who are responsible for this state of affairs and serious action is taken to remedy the situation before the start of the peak tourist season in the interest of all Sliema residents.
