How will the European Commission be made up once the Constitution enters into force?

The first European Commission appointed under the provisions of the new Constitution for Europe shall be as it is today, consisting of one national of each member state. However, the new Commission will include a European Union Minister of Foreign Affairs who shall be one of the Commission's vice-presidents. This new Commission's term of office will be from 2009 to 2014.
