I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the committee and sub-committee of Manchester United Supporters Club for the well-organised events held to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Malta branch. The highlight of the events was the gala dinner held at the Mediterranean Conference Centre with our British contingent led by Sir Alex Ferguson, and star players Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville and Paul Scholes, and of course the magnificent trophies won by the team.
