To date, the courts have decided on 408 cases of abuse in the issue of boat driving licences.

Of these, 399 accused were found guilty while 35 cases are still pending and five other cases are still to be prosecuted. Justice Minister Carmelo Mifsud Bonnici gave the information in reply to a parliamentary question by Ċensu Galea (PN).
