A 50-year-old man was yesterday charged with seriously injuring his brother at his house two years ago.

Joseph Grech, of Paola, pleaded not guilty to beating and injuring his brother George at his Paola residence on December 21, 2003.

Police Inspector Anthony Zammit prosecuted. Lawyers Roberto Montalto and José Herrera appeared for Mr Grech.
