The way the bus lane in Marsa has been introduced and the one at Mriehel removed reflected confusion in the workings of the Public Transport Authority (ADT), Labour Party spokesman on roads and public transport, Charles Buhagiar, said.

Mr Buhagiar said the ADT had arbitrarily removed the Mriehel bus lane claiming that the width of the road did not permit the introduction of the bus lane.

Why had they not ascertained beforehand whether the width was adequate for a bus lane, he asked?
