Aidan performs four shows in 48-hours in Australia

Malta’s Eurovision representative Aidan has just wrapped up a visit to Australia, delivering four live show performances in less than 48 hours.

The Maltese singer also appeared as a guest on Today Extra on Channel 9, one of Australia's leading morning shows, where he promoted Malta’s Eurovision 2026 song Bella and his latest studio album launch Cowboys Don’t Cry.

The appearance introduced him to a nationwide audience as “Malta’s biggest pop star” and marked a significant step in expanding his international reach.

The Today Show on Channel 9 hosts some of the biggest stars in the world, with Niall Horan, Charlie Puth, Margot Robbie, Jacob Elordi, and Cillian Murphy among the latest guests on the breakfast show.

Aidan was the first Eurovision artist to include Australia as a tour stop, further strengthening the connection between Eurovision and its ever-growing Australian fan base.

During his visit, he performed in both Melbourne and Sydney, where he was warmly welcomed by Maltese communities who live in Australia. In Melbourne, he took the stage at the iconic George Cross venue in Melbourne and later appeared at the Eurovision Fan Club of Australia Party.

The next day he travelled to Sydney, performing at the La Valette Social Club in Blacktown, followed by another high-energy appearance at the Eurovision Fan Club event in Sydney.

Throughout the tour, Aidan connected with Eurovision fans and Maltese communities across Australia.

This year's contest in Vienna, Austria, is taking place amid protests over Israel's participation.
