AIESEC is the international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential to have a positive impact in society through leadership opportunities, work abroad opportunities, conferences, and virtual tools to build networks.
The organisation, present in 91 countries, is continuously expanding, with several extensions expected to open in the near future, ensuring that more university students around the world are provided with such opportunities.
The 2005-2006 term for AIESEC committees in all member countries is approaching its end. For AIESEC Malta this has proven a busy but rewarding year, with one of the main highlights being the hosting of an international conference, namely WENA Newie Conference 2006.
Also, this year has paved the way for future projects and a stronger AIESEC Malta. A Business Update Meeting, followed by a reception, will be held next Wednesday at the Penthouse Suite, Coastline Hotel, Salina, at 8 p.m. to review the past year and celebrate the organisation's achievements.
All AIESEC Malta alumni are invited to attend and revive their AIESEC memories. For more information or to confirm attendance, contact Davinia Pirotta at davinia.pirotta@aiesec.net.
AIESEC Malta is supported by PricewaterhouseCoopers, General Soft Drinks, Eden Leisure Group, Island Hotels, Chamber College, Maltanet and Qube.
