Nearly 10 months have passed since Labour lost their third consecutive general election and when everyone was hoping that Labour had learned its lesson former leader Alfred Sant writes an article expressing no regrets for Labour's failures. It is pretty obvious that Dr Sant still has a hold on his party and now that he is back in the fold he will start calling the shots again.

People were hoping that Labour had changed for the better but it is seems to be mere wishful thinking when we all know of the close ties between the present Labour leader and his predecessor.

This country deserves better.
