A concert of works by Maltese composer Carmelo Pace (1906-1993) commemorating the 10th anniversary of his death is to be held at the Metropolitan Cathedral, Mdina, on May 13.

It is being organised by the Mdina Cathedral Museum committee. The programme consists of four items, composed at different periods of his life.

Taking part will be soprano Georgina Gauci, tenor Brian Cefai, the Gaulitanus Choir, and the National Orchestra (leader Nadia Debono), under the direction of Mro Colin Attard.

The concert, whose duration is about one hour and 45 minutes, starts at 7.15 p.m. and patrons are asked to be seated by 7 p.m.
