OBITUARIES
DARMANIN. On Tuesday, May 12, Sr MARIE THERESE of Sliema, passed away peacefully to meet the Risen Lord, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss the Sisters of St Dorothy, her sister Bernadette, wife of Louis Apap Bologna, her sister-in-law Philippa Darmanin, her nephews and nieces, Michael, Joanna, Paul and Federica, and many relatives, ex-pupils and friends.
Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated tomorrow, Saturday, May 16, at 8.45am at St Gregory the Great parish church, Sliema, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
Lord, grant her eternal rest.
The family wish to thank the sisters of St Dorothy, the staff and carers at Roseville, Attard, who looked after her with great dedication.
MEADOWS. On May 13, NELLA, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church, surrounded by her family. Loved and fondly remembered by her beloved children Tristan, Alana, Amber, Scarlett and her husband Mehdi Van Renterghem, her adored grandchildren Jordan and his fiancée Delilah Vella, Isaac, Tala, Tia, Sienna, Maxim, Sacha, Rafael and Mila, her brother John Apap and partner Maria Verin, her sister, Manon Calleja and numerous relatives and friends.
Funeral details will be announced shortly.
