D’EMMANUELE. On Friday, January 18, at home, TANIA of Floriana, aged 83. She will be greatly missed by her husband Joseph, her step-son Mark, her nieces, Emma, Carmen, Sandra, Judie, Doreen, Anna and Marika, her sister-in-law Mary, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Monday, January 28, at 8.20am for St Publius parish church, Floriana, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to the Capuchin church, Xemxija, would be appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

MALLIA. On January 24, at Mater Dei Hospital, ANTIDA, widow of Carmelo, passed away peacefully at the age of 82, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her daughter Bernardette and her husband David, her sons Victor, Simon and his wife Simone, Alfred and Rosette, her grandchildren James, Luke, Michael, Carl and his wife Rai, Peter and his wife Claudia, Justin, Steven, David, Isaac, Samuel, Joseph, Edward, Jean-Paul and his wife Nicola, Krista and her husband Daniel and Nicholas, her brother and sisters, relatives and numerous friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Saturday, January 26, at 1.30pm for Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq parish church where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

MICALLEF. On Saturday, January 19, FRANCIS SAVIOUR, director of Tutto Marketing Ltd and president of the Għaqda Festi Esterni Ssma. Trinità, Marsa, aged 56, passed away suddenly in Milan, Italy, while on a business trip with his wife. Loved and remembered by his wife Carmen, his daughters Annabella and Amber and her husband Salvatore, his brothers and sisters and their respective spouses, his in-laws and their families, nephews, nieces, relatives, employees, friends and also the committee and members of the Għaqda Festi Esterni Ssma. Trinità. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Sunday, January 27, at 12 noon, for the Holy Trinity parish church, Marsa. A cortège will take place at 1pm and Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2pm, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Flowers are welcome, as well as donations to Saviour’s favourite charity, Puttinu Cares. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

MUSCAT. Suddenly, on January 20, perit TONY MUSCAT, at the age of 72, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his terrible loss his dearly beloved wife Elspeth, née Borg, his much loved sons Duncan and Claudia, and Keith, his sisters, Margot Briffa and Ina Debono, his brother-in-law Tony Cassar, his nephews and nieces Noel and Nigel Cassar, Nikolai, Kristjan and Karl Briffa, Miguel and Anatole Debono, and their respective families; his sisters-in-law Nancy Gulia, Marcelle Busuttil, Marlen Micallef, Maris Zammit and his brother-in-law Robert M. Borg, and their families; his nieces and nephews-in-law Myra Tilney, Gaby Torpiano, Cindy Chapelle, Bill and Ronnie Busuttil, Paul Micallef Jnr, Marcelle Moore, Sandra Sullivan and Michael Zammit, and their respective families, relatives and so many friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Saturday, January 26, at 9am, for Mary Immaculate Mother of the Church parish, Tal-Ibraġ, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 9.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Flowers are welcome, as well as donations to Tony’s favourite charity, Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi. Tony touched so many hearts. Lord grant him eternal rest, which he so richly deserves.

STRINGER. Last Tuesday, at Mater Dei Hospital, CHRISTIAN, at the age of 81, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. Mourned by his son Max and sister Sue, daughter Lucy, friend Rachael, as well as a circle of people in Malta and abroad. Mass and interment today at 2.30pm at Birgu cemetery in St Edwards Street, behind De la Salle College. May he rest in peace.

HILI – THERESE. Sweet and treasured memories of a special mother, today, being the 16th anniversary of her demise. Forever living in our hearts and prayers. Her son Paul and family.

LAPIRA. In loving memory of our dear father HUGH on the 57th anniversary of his demise. Forever in our hearts. Noel, Myra and Monique. Treasured memories passed on to spouses and grandchildren. 

RAGONESI. Remembering with pride and affection a formidable mother and grandmother, ANNA, who departed this life 32 years ago today. Still as ever so close to our hearts. On her soul sweet Jesus have mercy. Her family.
