Obituaries

FENECH. On July 3, at Mater Dei Hospital, HENRY, aged 87, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved children Mark and his wife Romina, Claud, James and his wife Romina, his grandchildren Nicolette, Andrew, Nathaniel, Mattea, Maya, Michela, Kristina, Francesca and his great-grandchild Kayleigh.The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital, tomorrow, Saturday, July 11, at 8am. Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am at St Joseph the Worker parish church, Birkirkara, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated.Lord, grant him eternal rest.

FORTE. On July 7, ANTOINETTE, née Dimech, of Sliema, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She will be forever loved and cherished by her husband Albert, her sons Andrew and his wife Paula, John, James and his wife Stephanie, her grandchildren Francesca and Daniel, her brother and sisters, her in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves St James Capua Hospital tomorrow, Saturday, July 11, for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass to celebrate her life will be said at 9.30am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Hospice Malta, St Venera, and Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest. The family would like to convey its heartfelt thanks to all the staff at SAMOC and The Imperial, Sliema, for all their care and dedication.

CUTUGNO – VIOLET. In loving memory of a dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on the first anniversary of her death. Fondly remembered by her children, Kristina, Marisa, Anna, John and Paula and their families. A Mass for the repose of her soul will be held today, Friday, July 10, at 7pm, at St Clare’s Monastery, St Julian’s. Always in our thoughts and prayers.

HALLADIN – ANTOINETTE, née Pisani. In loving memory of a beloved wife and mother on the second anniversary of her passing. She left a lasting void in our lives and we cherish the time we shared together. She is always in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. May she rest in peace. Georg, Jörg and Marc.

MIFSUD. Cherished and unfading memories of my dear husband SEBASTIAN, today being the 43rd anniversary of his passing to a better life. Fondly remembered by his wife Marlene. May the Lord grant him eternal rest. A prayer is kindly solicited.
