Requiem Masses
Tomorrow being the trigesima die since the demise of VANESSA PORTELLI, a Mass for the repose of her soul will be said at 6.30pm at the Divine Mercy Sanctuary, San Pawl tat-Tarġa, Naxxar.
Mass for the repose of Dr GODFREY JOHN SANT (Consultant radiologist), on the first anniversary of his passing away, will be said on Sunday, July 6, at 12.15pm, at Tal-Ibraġ parish church, Swieqi.
Obituary
MICALLEF. On June 27, RACHEL, aged 46, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She will always be loved and cherished by her parents Gaetan and Carmeline, her brothers Hermann and his wife Louise, Robert and his wife Diane, her nieces and nephew Greta, Rebecca, Adam and Emma, aunties and uncles and their respective families, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Tuesday, July 1, at 7.30am for St Dominic’s church, Rabat, where Mass praesente cadavere will be celebrated at 8.30am, followed by interment at Balzan cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Mater Dei’s Medical Observation Ward 5 and the staff and carers at Dar Merħba of Fondazzjoni Wens for their dedication and support during the past five years. The family would appreciate if instead of flowers, donations are sent to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi. May the Lord grant her eternal rest.

Lord, grant him eternal rest.
MONTAGUE – MARIA, widow of Bernard. Today, June 29, the first anniversary of her death. Much missed by her children Patricia and husband David, John and his wife Christine, her grandchildren Andrea, Rowena, Holly, and Sam. Rest in peace.
