Obituaries
GAUCI. On November 14, JOHN, of Victoria, residing in Birkirkara, aged 89, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He will forever be loved by his wife Doris, his children Joseph and his wife Suzanne, Antonello and his wife Valerie, and his granddaughters Julia, Lara and Sarah and their respective partners, his brothers and sisters and their families, in-laws, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortege leaves St Vincent De Paul Residence tomorrow, Monday, November 17, at 7.30am, for St Francis of Assisi church, Birkirkara, where Mass celebrating his life will be said at 8.30am followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Marija cemetery, Xewkija. Lord, grant him eternal rest. His family would like to thank the staff at St Vincent De Paul Residence (MTP2) for the care and love they gave him.
PACE BONELLO. On November 6, at St James Hospital, ERIC, aged 99, passed away peacefully. He leaves to mourn his loss his dear sister Lina Zammit Cutajar, his life-long partner Linda and their carer Liz, his beloved children Pat, Daniel and his partner Eunice, his adored grandchildren Zoë and her partner Michael, Katia, Anouchka, Edward and his partner Louisa, his great-grandchildren Amelia, Joe and Aidan, Guy, Lisa, Megan and Laura, nephews and nieces, family and friends. Private interment took place at the family chapel. May he rest in eternal peace.
