SCHEMBRI. On June 17, at Mater Dei Hospital, ĠUŻA of Msida (ex-owner, Lucky Bar), aged 77. She leaves to mourn her loss her son Louis and his wife Brigitte, and Jonathan, all other relatives and several friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 7.30 a.m. for Msida parish church where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8 a.m., followed by interment in the family grave at Qrendi cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

VELLA. On June 17, SAVIOUR (ex-Headmaster, Għarb primary), aged 67, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. Deeply mourned by his wife Sylvia, née Grech, his beloved children Joseph and Georgienne, Marlin and Victoria, and Mark and Mignonne, his grandchildren Gabriella, Caroline, Michaela, Federica and Mattia, his brothers, sisters and their respective families, in-laws, families and friends. The funeral leaves Gozo General Hospital today at 5.30 p.m. for Republic Street from where it will be accompanied by a cortège to Gozo Cathedral where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 6 p.m. No flowers by request but donations to the Malta Hospice Movement, Balzan, will be greatly appreciated.

WARRINGTON. On June 17, at Zammit Clapp Hospital, LEWIS of Ta' Xbiex, aged 82, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Eugene and his wife Joanna and Adrian, his grandchildren Emma, Eve, and Isaac, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Zammit Clapp Hospital tomorrow at 8 a.m. for St John of the Cross parish church, Ta' Xbiex, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
