Antonio Conte has left Inter by mutual consent, with Simone Inzaghi likely to replace him as head coach of the Serie A champions, SkySports News is reporting.

Conte has agreed a deal with the club’s owners which will see him paid €7m (£6m) for the final year of his contract.

La Gazzetta dello Sport on Wednesday said that Inter were keen to end their summer transfer activity with an operating profit of 100 million and reducing the wages bill by 20 per cent.
