APS Bank has recently renewed its sponsorship agreement with the Malta Handball Association (MHA) for a further two years.

The agreement will feature APS as the main sponsor for all handball national leagues.

During the official presentation, Alfred Triganza, Senior Manager at APS Bank, and Louis Borg, MHA president, expressed their satisfaction that both parties had struck a new deal.

As a direct result of APS's support during the last four years, the MHA is now in a position not only to be able to help in the smooth running of the national leagues but it will also be aiding the association in its development projects for the coming years, a statement said.

Such projects aim at increasing the number of youth practising the sport and improving the quality of handball players, coaches and referees.
