Archbishop Charles Scicluna to undergo medical procedure

Pastoral duties might be postponed

Archbishop Charles Scicluna will undergo a medical procedure and a period of rest and rehabilitation in the coming days, the Archdiocese said on Monday.

Some scheduled commitments may therefore be postponed.

The Archdiocese said Mgr Scicluna looks forward to resuming his pastoral ministry as soon as possible.

He would appreciate the prayers and support of the Christian faithful.

The Archdiocese requested privacy during his recovery.
