Archbishop Charles Scicluna has expressed solidarity with the people of Kenya following the Garissa University College tragedy yesterday during which Al Shabaab militants killed 147 people.

He expressed his sorrow a message he sent Garissa Bishop Paul Darmanin and Auxiliary bishop Joseph Alessandro.

During a 15-hour siege, Muslim students were spared as many Christians were taken hostage.

A survivor said the militants appeared to have planned extensively, even targeting a site where Christians had gone to pray.

The Archbishop's message can be read in the pdf link below.
