Gilbert Arenas scored 32 points, added seven rebounds and seven assists to lead the Washington Wizards to their first playoff game triumph for 17 years with a 117-99 home win over the Chicago Bulls on Saturday.

Antawn Jamison added 21 points and eight rebounds for the Wizards, who last won a post-season game on May 8, 1988. Chicago still lead the best-of-seven Eastern Conference opening round series 2-1.

In other playoff games, Jason Terry scored a season-high 32 points as the Dallas Mavericks rallied to edge the Rockets 97-93 in Houston to even up their best-of-seven Western Conference opening round series at 2-2.

The Boston Celtics routed the Indiana Pacers 110-79 in Eastern Conference opening round series play.

In Denver, Manu Ginobili had 32 points and nine rebounds as the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Nuggets 86-78 to take a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven Western Conference opening round series.
