The Arka Foundation together with the Hamrun Youth Initiatives Association is organising an international contact-making seminar under the Youth Programme of the European Union at the Arka Respite Centre, in Ghajnsielem, Gozo, from Friday to Sunday.

Twenty-two delegates representing NGOs working for persons with special needs and coming from the European Union and Euro-Mediterranean countries will take part.

The aim of the seminar is to create an informal network between organisations which offer services to the disabled persons and their families and to propose new projects within the framework of the EU Youth Program which can benefit the organisations involved
