Having read the press release issued by Fr Mark Montebello regarding the arrest of Monday Iseki, we invite the concerned authorities to either provide substantial evidence that the arrest was not unwarranted if not utterly unjust, or to release immediately the said prisoner, apologise and compensate the victim. Unfortunately, if the stated facts are confirmed, Mr Iseki's arrest would be the latest case of apparent abuse in the enforcement of law and the administration of justice. To Mr Iseki go our solidarity and support.
