World marathon champion and record holder Paula Radcliffe gave birth to a girl in a Monaco hospital on Wednesday morning. "Paula gave birth at Princess Grace hospital to a healthy baby girl," Radcliffe's management company Octagon said in a statement on her official website. "Both Paula and her daughter are doing very well." The 33-year-old Briton told Reuters last year she planned to run at the Osaka world championships this August but said she had not decided whether to compete in the marathon or the 10,000 metres.
