Jamaica's 100 metres world record holder Asafa Powell may attempt a sprint double at the 2008 Beijing Olympics - even though he hates the 200. "I'm still not sure about it," Powell told Reuters yesterday. "I really don't like the 200 but maybe I will do a couple more next season just to get stronger for the 100." Powell, who runs the 200 in today's season-ending Super Track and Field meeting, added: "I'm not sure but if I'm healthy and in good shape to run the 200 I'll double at the Olympics."
