An Australian man of Maltese descent has been accused of murdering businessman Herman Rockefeller, whose body was found in a Glenroy (near Melbourne) junkyard last Friday.

Mario Schembri, 57, who was arraigned with a woman called Bernadette Denny, 41, admitted to having had a fight with the millionaire American-born businessman.

Both are accused of murder and having disposed of the body in the junkyard and were remanded in custody.

Mr Rockefeller allegedly led a secret double life and was involved in swinging in the Melbourne area.
