An Australian of Maltese descent, Mario Schembri, has been accused of the murder of businessman Herman Rockefeller, who was found dead on Friday.
He was arraigned along with Bernadette Denny, 41. Both have admitted to the police that they had a fight with Rockefeller.
They are accused of having killed the businessman and disposed of his body. Both have been remanded in custody.
The Australian media said that Rockefeller's body was found in a junk yard in Glenroy, near Melbourne, a week after he went missing.
