The Broadcasting Authority has ruled that there was no political imbalance when Energy Minister Konrad Mizzi was the sole guest during an edition of Dissett that discussed the Panama issue.

In a decision following a protest by the PN, the BA ruled however that replies given by the minister were politically controversial and the PN should have been represented. It therefore awarded the Nationalist Party three minutes of airtime on Dissett in the next edition.
