State-of-the art, innovative technologies introduced in the C6 version of the Audi A6, which is dominating the D segment, were the subject of a five-day Train the Trainer programme held recently in Audi's training centre in Neckarsulm, Germany.
Kenneth Borg, of Continental Cars Ltd of Testaferrata Street, Msida, learned how to obtain updated product information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
These covered the 3.0-litre V6 TDI common rail turbodiesel engine, the new 3.2-litre FSI petrol engine, the A6's comfort/convenience systems, chassis systems, brakes, steering, networking, lights, passenger protection, safety when working on airbag systems, two-stage front airbags with pyrotechnical seat belts, bi-zone air-conditioning, maintenance and specific market measures.
"The new Audi A6 further en-hances the image of sports appeal and progressiveness," Mr Borg said. "Our service team is committed to intensify the Audi brand image perception and offer the best progressive service support."
