Balzan parish issues appeal for information as parvis is damaged

The parvis is across the square from the police station

A number of balusters forming part of the parvis of Balzan parish church were damaged on Monday in unknown circumstances.

Balzan parish published pictures of the damage on its Facebook page and appealed for information. It also appealed to whoever was responsible to come forward.

The parish priest told Times of Malta that he was made aware of the damage on Monday afternoon. No one was injured. 

The balusters are not old, some having been made of concrete.
