Bank of Valletta has launched its 2014 BOV Club package, offering a host of incentives to students attending post-secondary and tertiary education institutions, including new ones.

It said the package has been designed to help students better manage their money and make it go further throughout their student life. BOV Club members opening a Student eAccount benefit from a higher interest rate compared to the normal savings account. They can also avail themselves of unsecured student loans of up to €5,000 at competitive interest rates with no processing fees.

BOV is also offering students free standing orders, free BOV Club Cashlink, BOV Cashlink Electron and BOV Cashlink Visa cards. Students can also take up a fee-free BOV Visa Classic or BOV Mastercard with a credit limit of €500.

Eligible students may choose from a range of free gifts including speakers, headphones, hard drives, power chargers and vouchers redeemable from various outlets.

This offer is valid for students who either proceed from a secondary to a post-secondary institution or from a post-secondary institution to the University of Malta. Students must be in receipt of a stipend credited into a BOV account. The BOV Club gifts will be available up to October 31.
