The Malta Basketball Association yesterday said in a statement that its Competitions Control Board had decided that the result of Sunday's Game Five from the Division One SF series, between Mosta and Qormi, was to stand. Mosta were leading 70-63 when the referees abandoned the match. The Board urged the MBA to take all necessary action against those involved in the incidents which led to the match being cut short 55 seconds from time.
