Belair Real Estate looks ahead

Belair Real Estate recently moved to new premises along the Gżira seafront.

The new premises have been designed and equipped to enable the agency's sales and letting teams to give attention and service to their growing client base.

The new office includes an open plan space to make clients feel at ease, coupled with an interconnecting upper level which also includes a training room, director's offices and meeting rooms. All this space has been designed to maximise on the views over the Ta' Xbiex gardens and yacht marina.

Belair has a busy work plan for 2010, targeted at increasing its foreign client base. This includes overseas sales trips during which its team will be enhancing its existing overseas partner base and participating at selected overseas property exhibitions.

Incentives offered by Malta Enterprise as part of its internationalisation process also form part of Belair's overseas plans.
