Belair Real Estate has just moved into a new state-of-the-art office located along the Gżira seafront. This move is in line with Belair's plans for 2010 and beyond. The new premises has been designed and equipped to enable both its sales and letting teams to be able to give maximum attention and service to their ever growing client base.

This move allows us to develop this further by giving our team and clients an environment to enjoy doing this even more", said Belair director, Ian Casolani. In today's environment, the only way to compete is by being able to give your client quality service throughout, and this is what we are always seeking to enhance, said Mr Casolani.

The new office includes a bright, modern and open plan space which makes clients feel very much at ease, coupled with an interconnecting upper level which also includes a training room, director's offices and meeting rooms.

All this space has been designed to maximise on the fantastic views over the Ta' Xbiex gardens and yacht marina.

In addition to this move, Belair has a busy workplan for 2010 targeted at increasing its foreign client base. This includes various overseas sales trips where its team will be enhancing its existing overseas partner base and participating at selected overseas property exhibitions.

Incentives currently offered by Malta Enterprise as part of its internationalisation process also form part of Belair's overseas plans and the company plans to take part in delegations and events being organised by Malta Enterprises overseas.
