The Big Blue restaurant of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Sliema is joining restaurants around Europe to celebrate cooking during a festival organised by Euro-Toques, the European community of cooks.
Martin Camilleri, the executive head chef of the hotel, is a member of Euro-Toques, and has put together an extensive menu offering such delights as stuffed tomatoes with basil rikotta and iced fruit cassata with a honey and almond cookie.
On May 30, Big Blue will be offering this special menu at half its normal cost.
