The home-made bomb exploded in the early hours of yesterday in the doorway of the car dealership in Prat de Llobregat, on the outskirts of Barcelona.
The incident occurred three days after a metal coffee pot packed with explosives blew up in the doorway of the Italian culture institute in Barcelona, slightly wounding a policeman.
On Thursday, a man was seriously injured when a letter bomb exploded as he opened it at his home in Spain's northwestern city of La Coruna in an unexplained incident.
After Tuesday's bomb, officials said police were looking into recent explosions caused by anarchists using similar devices.
