President Guido de Marco yesterday took delivery of a new BMW 7 Series car.

The presidential 735Li car hosts features that come standard with the new BMW 7 Series, while other special features include specially positioned flagpoles to meet protocol requirements.

To mark the occasion, Konrad Baumgartner, BMW's area manager for Central and Eastern Europe, and Ralf Fries, regional manager BMW International, travelled specifically to Malta.

They were accompanied by Kenneth Mizzi, managing director of Muscats Motors, and Henry Scicluna, general manager of Muscats Motors, who are the local BMW importers and representatives in Malta.
