Booming time at Hard Rock Café

Hard Rock Café Malta is the latest franchise to receive the Top Of The Rock, an award presented to six franchise and six company-owned cafés each year for financial performance, sales accomplishments and community contributions.

Hard Rock Café Malta reported a sales increase of 30 per cent above last year and profits are soaring in 2004, a spokesman said.

As Top Of The Rock the establishment has earned the privilege to display a special piece of memorabilia from Hard Rock Café's prized collection for two months.

A signature series Gibson Les Paul smoking guitar from the 1996-1997 Kiss Reunion world tour has been added to the collection of the Malta café. A plaque documenting its recipients and its travels accompany the memorabilia. Furthermore, a recognition plaque will be presented to the café as a sign of its performance and accomplishments.

In addition to becoming the latest Top Of The Rock, Hard Rock Café Malta will also be inducted into the company's Performance Hall Of Fame which identifies all cafés and locations that have earned the Top Of The Rock Award.
