Alex Borg lost his second match in the IBSF World Championships in China yesterday after conceding a 4-0 defeat to Fahad Ahmed of Qatar.

Ahmed was in control throughout winning all four frames of the Group G match 96-20, 77-35, 53-46, 68-19.

The Malta champion has so far won two matches and lost two others. Today he plays Mats Eriksson, of Sweden. The latter has only one win in his favour from the four played.
