Alex Borg is through to the last 16 of the European Championship but Duncan Bezzina is out as the tournament continued in Bucharest yesterday.

Borg was in good form to beat 2007 champion Kevin van Hove, of Belgium, 4-0. However, Malta champion Bezzina was unable to lift his game as he lost 4-1 to Poland player Michal Zielinski.
