Bank of Valletta has appointed five new financial planning advisors to provide free extended investment advice throughout its branch network. This new service is another positive development in the bank's strategy to strengthen the wealth management dimension of the BoV brand.
The new advisors will be working with the savings and investment officers deployed throughout the network to provide holistic investment advice.
The newly appointed financial planning advisors have undergone rigorous training and are authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority to provide independent financial advice not only on BoV products but also on a wide range of investment vehicles including direct investments in stocks and shares listed on both local and foreign stock exchanges.
The bank's executive head responsible for wealth management, Mario Pullicino, explained that BoV has always been a pioneer in the provision of bespoke services. "We give special attention to the needs of each customer ranging from the smallest investor to the high net worth clients. Our objective is to assist our customers in achieving their full potential. Taking a long term view, we seek to add value by providing recommendations based on one's particular needs, investment objectives and risk profiles."
